Earshot Concerts and Events
Earshot Jazz is respected for balancing 23 years of forward thinking concert presentations with many services to the community. Among the nearly 100 concerts presented each year are the Earshot Jazz Festival, the Art of Jazz Series, a Spring Series of concerts, and an annual presentation of Duke Ellington's Sacred Music.
Earshot strives to present
the continuum of jazz as an enduring art form, with
a rich history, a vibrant and varied present, and a
strong and positive future.

Art
of Jazz Series
Earshot Jazz collaborates with the Seattle Art Museum in programming and presenting the Art of Jazz Series, now in it's 14th year. Always well attended, the after-work concerts are free with museum admission -- a great bargain given the two-for-one line up of fine jazz and major art exhibits. Join us the Seattle Asian Art Museum on the second Thursday of every month.

Jazz: The Second Century Series
In the summer of 2006, Earshot Jazz began a comprehensive project entitled “Jazz: The Second Century,” an initiative intended to address jazz’s progressive transition into the future. This concert series seeks to bring the discussion into creative motion where it matters most - on the stage, with an attentive audience. |
